Amendment
This species was assessed under the name Excoecaria indica in 2008, as DD, and again (duplicated) under the name Shirakiopsis indica in 2018, as LC. The 2008 DD assessment contained more detailed information which was missing from the LC assessment, but it appears that LC is nonetheless the appropriate category. This amended assessment is to bring in the additional information from the DD assessment which would otherwise be lost.External Data
